Revision 67 - Directory Listing

Use :crlf layer also for macrocode source files.

* trunk/doc/support/makedtx/makedtx.tex: use package createdtx, so
that bibliography & index are included. Get version from file
makedtx-version.tex. Update document date. Clarify that macrocode
source files are eol-converted to LF EOL's.

* trunk/scripts/makedtx/makedtx: Use :crlf layer also for
macrocode input file. CTAN recommendation for upload (see
https://ctan.org/file/help/ctan/CTAN-upload-addendum) concerning
EOL for text files states that only LF EOL shall be used. This
means that macrocode file must use also this EOL. In otherwords,
DTX packaging cannot preserve EOL of MSWindows files, like .bat,
etc... file that need CRLF. Anyway, latex cannot extract a .bat
file because it is an executable file, unless the PATHEXT envvar
is change to remove .BAT extension from the list.

Here-document, use standard syntax for opening token.

* trunk/scripts/makedtx/makedtx: Semi-colonize end of
here-document opening instruction, as recommended by Perl reference manual. See

IO layers for correctly handling EOL on MSW.

* trunk/scripts/makedtx/makedtx: Specify layer :unix for writing,
so that "\n" is translated to LF, and not CRLF on MSwindows
machine. For reading DOC, specify layer :crlf, so that native EOL
are translated. Do not specify any layer for reading SRC, as for
some scripting language the EOL may have some importance.

getpwuid & { in regexps.

* trunk/scripts/makedtx/makedtx: Do not use getpwuid when system is MSWindows.
Escape `{' in regexps.
